A Gift Hence Unopened

One hour alone

mine to be

sacred light eternity

Golden feathers

silver sighs

trust in fragile lullabies

Twilight a memory

dawn yet a hope

blind in all but faith we groped

At spiral staircase

arms maternal

dark surrendered stars eternal

The moment fleets

I see your eyes

mirrored light in all the skies

Velvet green

this flower's bed

dreams and petals autumn red

A breath of mist

one lily's night

we coalesce in songs of starlight

My heart a thread

of pale-rose beads

offered up to all the light I need

Sun-kissed forest

nights gentle rains —

I am in your arms again —

Sacred whispers

free my tears

diamond floats the silver sphere

Sacred whispers

free our dreams

all is one in rainbowed streams

Beyond the tides

time awakens

shattered ocean glass forsaken

One hour alone

mine to be

gifted immortality

A silver key

in love requited —

seraphim souls reunited —
